Job Description Role Overview We are seeking passionate and driven BCBA Therapists to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement individualized behavioral treatment and support plans Develop new ABA programs and modify existing programs as needed Collaborate with directors, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to review progress Train, supervise, and support clinicians and therapists Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, reports, and progress Maintain a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory responsibilities Adapt schedules and services to meet evolving client needs Required Qualifications BCBA certification OR Master’s degree with ABA coursework Strong knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured t...
