Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Norwalk, CT

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support K-12 students for the 2025-2026 school year in Greenwich, CT, with assignments also available in nearby areas including Norwalk, Wilton, Fairfield, and Bridgeport. This full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 24, 2026.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Providing behavior analytic services to students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade
• Managing a caseload of approximately 10-15 elementary school students
• Supporting specialized elementary behavior classes to help meet individual student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly

Desired qualifications and experience:
