We’re currently hiring passionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing team in Florida. As a BCBA at BASS ABA Therapy, you’ll play a central role in helping children with autism develop essential life skills and thrive in everyday environments. You’ll supervise RBTs, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families and colleagues in both clinic-based and community settings.
