Board Director

About the Role

The Board Director will participate in regular board meetings and provide strategic guidance on matters including corporate governance, risk management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and technology strategy.

The Director will collaborate with management and fellow board members to ensure the company's operations align with shareholder interests and applicable legal requirements across all operating jurisdictions, including the United States, Cayman Islands, and China.

Required Qualifications

• Permanent Residence: Must be a permanent resident of the Cayman Islands
• Citizenship: Non-dual U.S. citizen (must not hold another citizenship)

Professional Experience

• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience
