Boat Rigger

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically skilled Boat Rigger to join our marine operations team. The Boat Rigger is responsible for preparing new and used boats for delivery by installing motors, rigging controls, wiring electronics and ensuring all systems are properly configured and tested. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work and has a passion for boats and marine systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install outboard and inboard engines, steering systems, controls and related components.

• Set up and test electronic systems including GPS, sonar, lighting and radios.

• Install and configure accessories such as trolling motors, trim tabs, jack plates, power poles and other marine hardware.

• Connect fuel systems, batteries, pumps and wiring harnesses.

• Perform water tests and operational checks to ensure proper rigging and functionality.
