BOH Management - Chef Designate at Moxies
Key Responsibilities
- Building, deep diving, and implementing all operational day‑to‑day BOH tasks and frontline responsibilities.
- Collaborating with the Chef and managerial staff to run a smooth kitchen workflow.
- Executing menu items according to company specifications in both prep and line areas.
- Directing culinary operations on a shift basis under the guidance of the Chef to ensure a clean, organized, and successful kitchen with a focus on fresh ingredients and quality control.
- Managing sales and profit budgets.
- Providing consistent culinary and leadership direction during high‑revenue periods.
- Consistent attention to developing others and helping them thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Being part of the hiring process, including training, scheduling for multiple positions.
