- Working with the Chef to develop menu items in line and prep areas.
- Direct and supervise culinary operations during shifts, maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and quality control.
- Manage sales and profit budgets.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Participate in hiring, training and scheduling for various positions.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to motivate the team.
- Energetic, positive attitude.
- Excellent culinary production skills.
- Ability to provide consistent direction during high revenue periods.
