Responsibilities

  • Working with the Chef to develop menu items in line and prep areas.
  • Direct and supervise culinary operations during shifts, maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and quality control.
  • Manage sales and profit budgets.
  • Develop and mentor team members.
  • Participate in hiring, training and scheduling for various positions.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to motivate the team.
  • Energetic, positive attitude.
  • Excellent culinary production skills.
  • Ability to provide consistent direction during high revenue periods.
