Boiler Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities:-

• Maintenance Planning & Execution: Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of boiler systems, including pressure parts, soot blowers, APH, ESP, fans, and ducting. Coordinate annual overhauls, shutdown maintenance, and emergency repairs with minimal downtime.
• Reliability & Performance: Monitor equipment performance and analyze failures; implement corrective actions to improve reliability. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring failures and execute improvement.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), statutory norms. and internal safety standards. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and safety audits for the boiler maintenance team.
