About the Role

BTP is seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder to join our Equipment Workshop , delivering high-quality fabrication, rebuilds and repairs across heavy earthmoving equipment.

This is a hands-on role suited to a tradesperson who takes pride in workmanship, understands the demands of mining equipment, and values working in a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You will be involved in structural repairs, component rebuilds and fabrication of earthmoving equipment and customer upgrades, ensuring all work is completed to OEM or equivalent standards.

You will work as part of a skilled workshop team with strong leadership, clear systems and a business that genuinely values safety, accountability and doing the job right the first time. There are also opportunities to mentor apprentices and contribute to continuous improvement within the workshop.
