About the role


Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide high-quality fabrication and boiler making services across our underground and surface mobile fleet. Working in a tight-knit crew, you will:

  • Perform repairs to ground-engaging tools (GET) and install liner kits to truck tubs as well as other general fabrication tasks

  • Execute planned and reactive maintenance, including component change-outs and breakdown repairs on underground, heavy surface and light-vehicle equipment

  • Read and interpret drawings, JSEAs and OEM manuals; ensure all work is correctly recorded in the CMMS

  • Uphold our safety culture by completing risk assessments and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices

  • Share knowledge with apprentices and contractors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment
