In this role, you’ll tackle both planned and breakdown maintenance, support apprentices and team members, document processes, and help drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where safety, teamwork, and quality are always the top priority — with opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Proserpine Mill which follows a year-round day work roster and may require some weekend work and overtime.
