Boilermaker – FIFO Shutdowns & Perth Metro

FIFO & Local Opportunities | Immediate Starts Available

We are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for a combination of FIFO shutdown work and ongoing Perth Metro projects . These roles suit reliable tradespeople who are shutdown-ready and capable of maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

Pay Rates

• FIFO Shutdowns: $65 per hour day shift

• FIFO Shutdowns: $75 per hour night shift

• Perth Metro Work: $55 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Structural steel fabrication and installation

• Shutdown maintenance and repair works

• Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick as required)

• Reading and interpreting drawings and job specifications

• Adhering to site safety procedures and QA standards

• Working effectively within shutdown teams and local crews

Requirements

• Trade qualified Boilermaker (Australian recognised)

• Proven shutdown experience (FIFO roles)

• Strong welding skills

• White Card

• Working at Heights & Confined Spaces (within 2 years)

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A testing

• Valid driver’s licence

• High commitment to safety and reliability
