Boilerman (Grade 1)

To maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of workplace at all times.

To perform timely maintenance works on boilers, thermal oil heaters and raw water treatment plant.

To perform routine check and 2 hourly logging of equipment and instrument operation.

To conduct laboratory daily for analysis, perform chemicals dosing and to ensure boiler water is treated to the requirements.

To perform chemicals make-up, back washing and regeneration of raw water treatment plant.

To ensure all SOP are followed and adhered to at all times.

To ensure operation of utilities are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations.

Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974 and Factory & Machinery Act 1967.

To compliance with Steam Boiler & Unfired Pressure Vessel Regulation 1970.
