Boilerman

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal steam pressure and temperature.

Perform preventive maintenance on boiler equipment.

Ensure boiler operations comply with DOSH (JKKP) regulations and company safety standards.

Record operational data including pressure, temperature, fuel usage, and machine performance.

Assist the engineering team with other machinery and facility maintenance when needed.

Participate in safety briefings, training, and emergency response drills.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate: Boilerman Grade 1 / Grade 2 (Recognized by DOSH Malaysia).
• Experience: 1–3 years working experience in operating industrial boilers (depending on grade).
• Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and disciplined in safety practices.
