team of 200+ professionals working across various cities in India and US. Our software product group builds SaaS

solutions to solve large scale supply chain data collection and analysis problems using Blockchain, Data Science and IOT

technologies. Our services group provides dedicated offshore/onsite support to select large customers in their IT

modernization efforts working on technologies such as Mainframe, AS400, Cognos, Oracle, .Net, Angular, Java, Tableau,

Xamarin, Android, etc.

On the software side, we go to market with our SaaS products built on blockchain, IOT and AI. We help customers

monitor and track their supply chain flow with our software.

On the services side, we go to market with our 'Digital and Modern' platform where use a range of technologies from

timeless traditional to JOOG (just out of git) to help customers with their modernization initiatives. We implement and

support standard ERP and WMS packages, build custom web and mobile applications, help customers modernize their

mainframe and as400 systems, build large scale data warehousing and generative AI based applications, cyber-security,

cloud adoption and similar projects.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Tech Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations,

customizations, and support, with a focus on SCM modules. The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS

architecture, SCM workflows, and the ability to work closely with business users to translate their requirements into

technical solutions. As a Lead, you will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior team members, ensuring the

successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Customization:

o Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory,

Order Management, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping.

o Develop and customize reports, forms, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools (PL/SQL, Oracle

Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, etc.).

o Perform system analysis, design, testing, and debugging.

• Technical Leadership:

o Act as a lead in technical projects, overseeing the work of junior consultants and ensuring the delivery of

high-quality solutions.

o Provide technical leadership in the design and development of custom solutions within the Oracle EBS

environment.

o Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into efficient technical

designs.

o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SCM modules.

• Integration & Data Migration:

o Design and implement data migration strategies for new implementations or upgrades.

o Work on integration with third-party applications and legacy systems.

• Support & Maintenance:

o Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing Oracle EBS SCM implementations.

o Perform regular system health checks and ensure optimal performance.

• Documentation & Training:

o Prepare technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and system processes.

o Train and mentor junior team members and end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency:

o Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 in SCM modules.

o Proficient in Oracle development tools: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher.

o Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), APIs, and Interfaces.

o Knowledge of EBS database architecture and data model.

• Functional Knowledge:

o Solid understanding of SCM processes and how they are implemented within Oracle EBS.

o Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Leadership & Problem-Solving:

o Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical consultants.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication:

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with

business users and technical teams.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
