We are proud to announce the launch of the Vestas Blades Process Engineering Factory in Goleniów – a new organization where we will develop, build, and invest in the future of wind turbine blade production. Our goal is to create a world-class engineering hub with robust processes and capabilities, delivering consistent, high-quality support across all manufacturing sites while setting new standards in manufacturing excellence!

We are currently hiring for a Specialist role, as well as other similar positions that vary in seniority. If you have engineering background, Train the Trainer certification, proven experience in training of big shop floor employees, fluency in English, and familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies — we encourage you to apply.
