We are hiring a Booking Manager for handling bookings & general inquiries for our Sea Kayaking operation based in Gudvangen.
The job is office based and entails the following duties & responsibilities:
- Replying to e-mails continuously and keeping track of communication with customers - this is your main task during the day and sending out detailed e-mail replies will make up 50% of your work hours
- Logging confirmed bookings into our booking system, updating bookings, financial records and payments as needed.
