Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting an organisation based in Tetbury who are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper on a temporary basis for two months. This role is on a part-time basis of 4 days a week, has free parking and hybrid working options available.

Role: Bookkeeper

Start date: End of January

Duration: 2 months

Money: £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Working hours: 30 hours spread across 4 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and up to date using Xero
  • Monthly BACS and supplier payments
  • Managing monthly Payroll using 3rd party provider
  • Quarterly VAT return
  • Maintaining sales ledger - Minimal
  • Till and bank reconciliations
