Job Description

  • You will be required to set-up new broker profiles in the Accounting and Commission systems.
  • You will be required to prepare the brokers monthly fees and set-up direct debits.
  • You will be required to assist in processing the commission payments.
  • You will be required to attend to any queries or issues that may come from our members/brokers.
  • You will be required to attend to general administration as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up new broker profiles in Xero and ASSIST.
  • Attend to reconciliation of third-party charges and preparation of brokers monthly fees.
  • Set-up direct debits in EWAY and reconcile against monthly fees. Attend to requests of updating bank and credit card details.
  • Assist in processing upfront and trail commissions.
  • Record bills and invoices in Xero.
  • Send final invoice to exiting brokers.
