This position suits a highly organised finance professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a multi-entity environment, and takes pride in supporting high-performing teams. Previous experience with real estate or property highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver full-cycle bookkeeping support across several business entities
- Oversee payroll for multiple offices, including salary processing and commission calculations for 50–75 employees
- Administer quarterly bonus payments, payroll tax, and superannuation obligations
- Work closely with managers, staff, and business owners to ensure smooth payroll and finance operations
