THE FIRM

Mid-tier firm seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/CFO Accountant. Join an existing team of internal bookkeepers servicing a range of clients across all industries. The firm can offer flexible working arrangements including school hours or 2 days WFH. With a solid reputation in the market, this firm offers a supportive and professional working environment. They are currently experiencing strong growth in the client bookkeeping /accounting division and require an experienced bookkeeper to join the team.

THE ROLE

• Working in the bookkeeping team within the firm you will work across multiple clients in varying industries
• End to end Bookkeeping for a large number of clients
• Payroll for multiple clients up to 50 staff
• Monthly and quarterly Management reporting including Cashflow and Budget reporting
• Financial reporting and forecasting
• Banking, payroll, GST lodgments, general ledger reconciliations, PAYG reporting, invoicing, AP/AR and other typical bookkeeping duties
• Client contact from the office

YOU

• Experienced working with multiple clients in an accounting firm OR or several business entities eg: franchise group or property development group
• Knowledge of Xero & MYOB
• Ability to think commercially and help clients grow their business
• Excellent attention to detail & good organisational/prioritisation skills
