Bookkeeper


We’re partnering with a well-established, growing Brisbane-based

business to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper who enjoys ownership,

structure, and a genuinely balanced work environment.



This role has been purpose-designed for someone who loves bookkeeping.

The Role



This is a hands-on bookkeeping position supporting a multi-entity

business with operations across ANZ.



Your days will include:



- Bank reconciliations and day-to-day transaction processing



- Accounts payable and receivable support



- Invoice creation and payment runs



- Fortnightly payroll processing (shared across the finance team)



- Assisting with month-end activities and reporting



- Preparing BAS documentation for review and lodgement



- Full bookkeeping responsibility for several smaller entities



The workload is well structured, achievable within standard hours, and

supported by clear processes and experienced finance leadership.



Working Hours & Location



- Full-time, office-based role



- Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm



- People actually leave on time!



- North Brisbane location



- Street parking available



- Laptop provided



Flexibility is available when life happens (appointments, school

pickups, sick kids), but this is not a hybrid or remote role.



Systems & Experience



- Experience with larger ERP systems essential



- Oracle NetSuite experience is helpful but not required



- Strong system confidence and adaptability matter more than specific
software



You’ll be supported through onboarding and learning, not left to figure

things out alone.
