Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to own day-to-day bookkeeping operations and maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records across multiple entities. This role works closely with the Controller and plays a key part in ensuring reliable financial reporting and compliance.
This is not a data-entry role — strong ownership and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities.
Record transactions accurately and on time.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with no backlog.
Track AP and AR consistently.
Support payroll and expense management.
Prepare clean financial reports for Controller review.
Flag issues early and propose solutions.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping.
Strong AP, AR, and reconciliation experience.
