Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities. This position works closely with leadership and the Controller to ensure timely reconciliations, clean books, and smooth close processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business‑minded, and comfortable interacting with high‑profile clients while operating “in the weeds” of accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Maintain the general ledger and perform ongoing reconciliations
  • Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
