Job Description

Entry-Level Bookkeeper is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. This includes recording financial data, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts' email inbox, responding to customer queries and handling financial correspondence efficiently.
  • Generate, send, and track invoices in Xero, ensuring correct categorization and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Monitor incoming payments, match them to invoices, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Process refunds, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate documentation in Xero.
