Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Record daily financial transactions (AP/AR, expenses, invoices)
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Process payroll and track employee expenses (if applicable)
  • Support budgeting and cash flow tracking
  • Assist with audits and tax preparation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
