Overview

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting best practices. You'll work directly with U.S.-based clients, so strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper recording of all financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations (as needed)
  • Collaborate with management and/or accountants to support financial decision-making
  • Ensure timely filing and organization of financial documentation
