Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant

About the Role: We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant with strong financial expertise and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Netsuite and QuickBooks, along with the ability to handle executive tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and high‑level organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting
    • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports using Netsuite and QuickBooks
    • Perform bank reconciliations and generate financial reports
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax filing deadlines
