This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance-related activities, and providing reliable administrative support in collaboration with leadership and an external CPA.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in environments that require structure, follow-through, and independent problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Maintain accurate separation of financials across multiple entities
• Coordinate directly with organizational leadership to clarify monthly transactions
