Job Description

Signature Pharmacy and SignatureRx are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper based in India to support our UK and UAE operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes, and who can confidently manage bookkeeping across multiple companies.

You'll play a key role in keeping our financial records accurate, up to date, and well organised while working closely with our finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling bank transactions and accurately apportioning them to the correct company P&L
  • Creating, reconciling, and managing sales invoices
  • Chasing unpaid invoices and maintaining up-to-date debtor balances
  • Setting up supplier, contractor, and operational payments for approval
