Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities- Record daily financial transactions (AP/AR, expenses, invoices)
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
- Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Process payroll and track employee expenses (if applicable)
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
