• Location : Any CS Site – Ortigas, Makati, Angeles, Mabalacat, Cebu, Davao
• Schedule : Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain original entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QBO
• Prepare journal entries in QBO and perform account reconciliations in Excel
• Utilize Customer, Class, and reporting features in QBO
• Gather and organize data to support bookkeeping functions
• Identify and communicate obstacles in a timely manner
• Assist directors with data projects as needed
