Detail-oriented Accounts Analyst to deliver full range of bookkeeping and accounting support to SME clients based in New Zealand. Requires strong technical skills, accuracy, and ability to manage day-to-day financial processes while communicating effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

• Create client customer invoices.
• Send invoice reminders and statements to clients.
• Follow up overdue accounts and prepare action reports.

Accounts Payable

• Process supplier invoices using data capture tools.
• Reconcile supplier invoices against statements.
• Prepare supplier batch payments.

Banking Activities

• Code bank account and credit card transactions from feeds.
• Receipt and reconcile debtor payments.
• Reconcile petty cash.
