Job Description
Job Summary:
Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and support accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working onsite in Ortigas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Monitor inventory-related accounting and manufacturing costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with management and external auditors as needed
