Job Summary:

Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and support accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working onsite in Ortigas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts
  • Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
  • Monitor inventory-related accounting and manufacturing costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Coordinate with management and external auditors as needed
