Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue monthly billing statements
  • Record and maintain accurate accounting entries
  • Manage payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Handle banking transactions and perform reconciliations
  • Process approvals of permits and other regulatory requirements
  • File BIR-related documents and ensure compliance with government mandates
  • Perform general bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks
  • Reports directly to the Managing Director

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and government compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (preferred)
