Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue monthly billing statements
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries
- Manage payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Handle banking transactions and perform reconciliations
- Process approvals of permits and other regulatory requirements
- File BIR-related documents and ensure compliance with government mandates
- Perform general bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks
- Reports directly to the Managing Director
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes and government compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (preferred)
