Our client a Fashion retail Group based in Dublin 12 are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team Reporting to the Managing Director this role will be responsible for the following on a monthly basis: Bank control account preparation and reconciliations Debtors control Billing Reconciliations Debt Collection Creditors Matching invoices to PO's Inputting onto System Creditor reconciliations Payments An understanding of foreign exchange and forward contracts; Nominal ledger postings and accuracy; Reconciliation of sales reports to lodgments Payroll processing using Brightpay Payroll; A full understanding of ROS including the accurate filing of PAYE and VAT returns; Applicants must have an excellent understanding of Xero and Dext accounting packages and integration of these systems.
