Location: Remote (Mexico and Colombia)
Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our client's financial information is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with US accounting standards. You'll work closely with the Accounting Manager and report directly to the CFO. This position calls for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure prompt and accurate processing
- Support new client book setups, including creating financial records from scratch when necessary
- Maintain and reconcile financial statements
- Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy in payroll software and Profit and Loss statements
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions
- Prepare and assist in financial reporting
