Hi! In case we've never met before, we are Elmar Holdings. We are Elmar Holdings: a parent company that operates 3 different businesses: Elmar Heating & Cooling, Elmar Group (e-commerce sites), and TradePro Supply (our distribution arm). We are looking for a competent and responsible bookkeeper that is able to handle standard bookkeeping tasks. This is a full-time (40 hours) position that will be based out of Timonium, MD and will be an in-person position.

Here's what your responsibilities would look like:
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process via Quickbooks.
  • Verify that transactions are recorded properly in Quickbooks, our bookkeeping software.
  • Pay off accounts of local vendors & suppliers related to the branch.
  • Reconcile bank statements against company ledger in Quickbooks.
  • Run payroll for all employees with the assistance of the branch manager.
