Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing home staging company looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to support our day-to-day financial operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy, discretion, and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Online preferred)
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Issue invoices and track payments
Process deposits and expense entries
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow summaries)
Assist with HST tracking and government remittances
Support year-end preparation and liaise with accountant as needed
Maintain organized digital financial records
