Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Desktop experience. He/she will be responsible for managing the financial records of a company using the QuickBooks Desktop software. The role involves handling accounting transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing financial reports to ensure accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain and update financial records, including transactions, ledgers, and journals in QuickBooks Desktop.
    • Record daily financial activities, such as sales, expenses, and payroll entries.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Process and record vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
    • Generate and send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.
