Job Description

Our client, based in the city centre, is seeking an enthusiastic part-time bookkeeper to work a four-day work week. Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, debtors and transactions Maintaining books and records and overseeing all taxation matters Working closely with external accountants and auditors Reviewing monthly management accounts and preparing budget forecasts for board meetings Handling customer service queries, refunds, and payment issues Engaging with corporate account holders on sales, invoicing, and user management Two days on site, two days WFH, flexible hours.
