About the job Bookkeeping Assistant (AM - - PTBA)

Tasks Required:

Record and categorize daily expenses, including credit card charges and supplier invoices.

Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier accounts on a regular basis.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and expense summaries.

Organize and maintain financial documentation to support year-end closing and audit preparation.

Use Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.

Communicate clearly and promptly regarding progress, discrepancies, or any issues identified.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.

Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets .
