Qualifications and Skills

• Experience operating boom trucks with hydraulic lift mechanisms, demonstrating safety consciousness and attention to detail.
• Proficient in assessing the load weight and securing it properly to ensure stability and compliance with safety standards.
• Must have a valid heavy vehicle operator's license and a clean driving record consistent with company standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge in routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal operational conditions.
• Able to interpret logistics and transportation plans for efficient material handling and delivery.
• Attention to detail with a strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and adherence to project specifications.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and adapt to changing environments while maintaining professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks to load, transport, and unload materials efficiently and safely at designated locations.

• Maintain accurate logs of operation time, mileage, fuel consumption, and work orders for company records.
• Assist in the training and guidance of new operators to instill best practices and safety procedures.
• Monitor the operation environment and make necessary adjustments to improve workflow and safety.
