About this Role

NorthStar Energy Solutions isseeking an experienced and dedicated Bore Operator professional to join our team inthe Central DFW area supporting active gasutility field operations.

What You'll Do

Duties:

  • Must able to lift a minimum of 90lbs.
  • Employee must be able to stand a minimum of 8hrs.
  • Must be able to operate equipment on jobsite.
  • Have basic knowledge of how machine works and how to work on it.
  • Will need to complete all paperwork for daily truck and equipment inspection.
  • Must be able to load and unload drill stems.
  • Individual will need to be able to connect and disconnect reamer.
  • Locate and mark utilities with paint.
  • Must be able to hand dig with shovel.
  • Install appropriate traffic control to secure work site and machine.
  • Must have the ability to work under hot, cold and rainy weather conditions.
  • Pot hole (hand digging with shovel), enter and exit excavations with or without ladders and use power/hand tools
  • Must be able to pass OQ and Safety training courses

    Qualifications & Experience:

  • OQ certification (Gas Distribution)
  • Class C drivers license
  • Minimum 1 year experience operating
