- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise deck crew operations and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safe and efficient loading, stowing, and securing of cargo.
- Conduct safety checks and assist in emergency drills.
- **Requirements**:
- Valid maritime certifications and seafarer documents.
- Experience as a Bosun on similar vessels is preferred.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
