Summary

As an BOT Developer (Chatbot, AIML, Javascript) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Your role in our mission

  • Design & Develop Bots: Build intelligent bots using Kore.AI and other platforms, ensuring robust lifecycle management.

  • Integrate Voice & Telephony Services: Implement voice bot solutions integrated with Genesys/CXOne for superior customer engagement.

  • Enable Cloud Deployments: Deploy and manage solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security.

  • Optimize Performance: Debug, monitor, and optimize bot performance for reliability and efficiency.

  • Support Operations: Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for deployed solutions.

  • Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/ADO.

    • What we are looking for

  • Must have Bot Development (preferably Kore.AI)
    Experience Bot Lifecycle Management is mandatory
    Must have Voice Bot/Telephony Integration (Genesys/CXOne)
    Experience in JavaScript, REST APIs, Web Services is mandatory
    Additional languages (Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML)
    Good to have experience with alternative bot platforms (Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa)
    Good to have CI/CD pipelines and test case development
