The Junior Sommelier supports the Sommelier team in delivering an exceptional wine and beverage experience for guests. This role is ideal for a passionate wine professional who is eager to grow their knowledge, refine service skills, and contribute to a high-end dining environment. The Junior Sommelier assists with wine service, cellar organization, inventory management, and guest education while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

The Botanist at Fairmont Pacific Rim is part of a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment. This position focuses on wine service, cellar operations, and guest education within a MICHELIN Guide–recommended restaurant and award-winning Food & Beverage destination.
