Luxury boutique manager responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, delivering exceptional client service, overseeing operations, and executing local business and client development strategies for a new store opening in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and achieve store KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, and average selling price
- Analyze retail performance and establish 360° action plans to capture business opportunities
- Recruit, set objectives for, coach, and develop the store team while conducting performance reviews
- Provide on-floor support and feedback to team members and ensure high standards of grooming and visual merchandising
