Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
Build and drive project plans for each proposed buy-in executionBuild and drive project plans for each transition to buy-out, including the true-upManage the operational relationships with EBCs/Trustees/ceding administrators throughout the transition processesWork collaboratively and manage the operational relationships with Trustees and ceding administrators during the post-buy-in periodSupport the preparation of contractual documents and individual policy documentsKeep abreast of industry issues and developmentsIdentify and escalate emerging issuesExperience required:
Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions and the BPA marketExcellent knowledge of the BPA process, from deal execution to buy-outStrong project management skillsAble to build productive relationships at all levels
