At ADP we are looking for a BPI Project Coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities within the region utilizing proven process improvement techniques and Business Process Management Systems.
Provide strategic guidance and support the implementation of frameworks, methodologies and tools for the driving process excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement
Execute the PMO strategy within the region through cross functional teams of leaders and their project management and/or technical expertise aligned to regional functional managers with focus on standardization, automation and alignment.
Ensure all Service and Implementation managers within the region are committed to the identification of and execution on process improvement opportunities.
Proactively monitor business performance / operating results...
